    Kingfa Sci.&Tech. Co.,Ltd. and its affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Kingfa" or "We") attach great importance to the protection of the security and privacy of personal information of users and natural persons (hereinafter referred to as "Users" or "you") who are authorized to use the Wechat Official Account/Mini Program/Channel/Automation platform/LinkedIn of Kingfa and its affiliates. Kingfa will always comply with relevant laws and regulations to handle personal information.

    This policy only applies to the Wechat official account/Mini Program/Channel/automation platform/LinkedIn of Kingfa and its affiliates, and products and/or services (Hereinafter referred to as "Services") contained in the Wechat official account/Mini Program/Channel/automation platform/LinkedIn of Kingfa and its affiliates.

    Personal information refers to all kinds of information related to identified or identifiable natural persons recorded electronically or by other means, including the information provided and generated by the user using Kingfa Wechat official account/Mini Program/Channel/automation platform/LinkedIn, excluding the information after anonymization or other public information of the user.

    1. Purpose and type of processing of personal data

    1.1. Kingfa may process personal information for the following purposes:

    a) Create accounts for users and authenticate their identities;

    b) For the purpose of using Kingfa Wechat official account/Mini Program/Channel/automation platform/LinkedIn, such as conducting online consultation or requirements, solving technical problems faced in the use of Kingfa Wechat official account/Mini Program/Channel/automation platform/LinkedIn services, or dealing with user feedback;

    c) Provide users with following, reading, watching, liking, collecting, sharing, recommending and other functions needed to improve the user experience of Kingfa Wechat official account/Mini Program/Channel/automation platform/LinkedIn;

    d) For commercial promotion and marketing activities;

    e) Analysis, research and investigation carried out to improve and enhance the service quality of Kingfa Wechat official account/Mini Program/Channel/automation platform/LinkedIn, and analysis of account operation efficiency, increase of followers, classification of target groups, etc.;

    f) In order to maintain the security of the Kingfa Wechat official account/Mini Program/Channel/automation platform/LinkedIn service and account, to prevent potential security threats, fraud or other crimes or bad behavior; Record the browsing access and behavior path on Kingfa Wechat official account/Mini Program/Channel/automation platform/LinkedIn.

    g) For the purpose of obtaining professional services, such as services in related fields such as communications, marketing or law;

    h) To meet applicable legal and regulatory requirements, to meet user compliance screening requirements, and to implement Kingfa policy or related industry standards;

    i) To provide services to you on Kingfa Wechat official account/Mini Program/Channel/automation platform/LinkedIn, including displaying user pages, storing shared posters, or downloaded content in your photo album, and determining device compatibility;

    j) Or for the exercise of other legal rights, such as the exercise of rights for the settlement of disputes or the defense of corresponding claims.

    1.2. For the above purposes, Kingfa may process the following personal information:

    a) User account, user password, user name, profile picture, and the personal information of the contact person of Kingfa Wechat official account/Mini Program/Channel/automation platform/LinkedIn used to register as a user, such as name, company name, job title, telephone number, email address, etc.;

    b) Wechat/LinkedIn nickname, Wechat/LinkedIn profile picture, region, gender and other Wechat/LinkedIn account related information (only after the user agrees to authorize the use of Kingfa Wechat official account/Mini Program/Channel/automation platform/LinkedIn), photo album information and other related information;

    c) Consultation records, call recordings, questionnaires, forms, e-mails and other relevant information retained for the provision of services and technical support;

    d) In order to better serve users, we will record your browsing history on Kingfa Wechat official account/Mini Program/Channel/automation platform/LinkedIn, including but not limited to your browsing behavior on products or industry solutions;

    e) The device information and network link information (including but not limited to IP address, port and network protocol) left by users who visit Kingfa Wechat official account/Mini Program/Channel/automation platform/LinkedIn will not analyze the IP address. Unless there is a cyber-attack or in other specific circumstances), browsing history, access behavior path, access date and time, browser information and other activities carried out on Kingfa Wechat official account/Mini Program/Channel/automation platform/LinkedIn;

    f) Other information voluntarily provided by the user;

    g) Information collected from public sources, integrity databases or credit rating agencies and information obtained from Wechat/LinkedIn operators;

    h) Or information necessary to meet relevant legal and regulatory requirements or to conduct compliance screening and provide professional services, including litigation information, administrative penalty information and other relevant information.

    1.3. Kingfa will collect and process the above information in accordance with the principle of minimum necessity. If you refuse to consent to the collection of some of the above information and the information is necessary to provide the service, we may not be able to provide the relevant services to you. If you choose to access Kingfa Wechat official account/Mini Program/Channel/automation platform/LinkedIn without logging in, some of the above terms may not apply.

    2. Push notifications

    By activating the push notification service, Kingfa can provide you with the following information: login verification information, new tweet information, webinar reminder information, white paper download tips, etc. While using this feature and after activating the push notification license, Kingfa will establish a connection with the push notification service of your relevant operating system provider (e.g., SMS service, Wechat/LinkedIn notification service), and your device or Wechat/LinkedIn will receive notifications through this connection. For this purpose, your personal information (for example, your device identifier or Wechat/LinkedIn-related information) will be transmitted to the relevant operating system provider.

    3. Providing or transferring your personal information to third parties

    3.1 Kingfa will take appropriate measures to protect the security of users' personal information. Except in the following circumstances and where your consent is not required by law, Kingfa will not provide your personal information to any third party organization or individual:

    a) Entrust an affiliate to process for the purposes listed in Article 1.1;

    b) To entrust the processing to an authorized partner for the purposes listed in Article 1.1. Authorized partners refer to service providers, hosting or IT service providers entrusted by Kingfa (such as third parties providing Wechat official account/Mini Program/Channel/automation platform/LinkedIn operation services, customer services, marketing services, publicity and promotion services, technical services and analysis services, information processing services, etc.);

    c) In legal circumstances, such as in accordance with laws and regulations, litigation dispute resolution needs, or in accordance with the requirements of administrative and judicial authorities;

    d) Or obtain your express consent.

    3.2 In principle, the personal information collected by Kingfa will be stored in China. If it is necessary to provide your personal information to overseas recipients, we will separately seek your consent and process your personal information in a manner that complies with laws and regulations.

    3.3 We entrust authorized partners and affiliates to process information only for the purposes set forth in this Policy. If Kingfa will provide your information to others for purposes other than those set out in this Policy, we will obtain your consent separately.

    3.4 Before providing your personal information to authorized partners and affiliates, Kinga will use its best efforts to ensure that authorized partners and affiliates also take appropriate protective measures to protect your personal information.

    4. Protection of personal information

    4.1 Kingfa attaches great importance to the security of your personal information. We use appropriate physical, electronic, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect your personal information, but you understand that no security measure can completely exclude all risks.

    4.2 Despite our best efforts to protect your personal information, you are obligated to keep your login information, account information, user or member information and other personal information safe. If you find that your account information has been stolen or there is any other possible risk of information disclosure, please notify us immediately upon discovery. We will suspend your account (or at your request).

    4.3 In the event of a personal information security incident (leakage, damage, loss, etc.), Kingfa will take remedial measures as soon as possible in accordance with the requirements of the law, and inform you in accordance with the law.

    5. Withdrawal of authorization and/or consent

    5.1 Before processing personal information beyond the purposes listed in Article 1.1 of this Policy, Kingfa will inform you again and obtain your express consent, except in cases where your consent is not required by law and regulations.

    5.2 If the User has given authorization and/or consent to the processing of certain personal information, the User has the right to withdraw its authorization and/or consent at any time, but such withdrawal will not affect the legal effect of the processing of personal information that has been carried out based on its authorization and/or consent.

    5.3 After the User's authorization and/or consent is withdrawn, Kingfa may continue to process personal information based on other valid authorization and/or consent, or other legal grounds.

    6. Storage, access, correction, deletion, and restriction of personal information

    You should ensure that all information you provide to Kingfa is accurate. We will do our best to keep your personal information true and complete, and update and supplement your personal information in a timely manner based on the information you provide to us. Unless otherwise stated at the time of collection of your personal information, we will delete or anonymize your personal information when it is no longer being processed for the purpose for which it was collected and there is no legal obligation to retain it.

    Users have the right to exercise the rights granted by relevant laws in the processing of personal information, including:

    a) Require Kingfa to correct inaccurate personal information;

    b) Require Kingfa to delete the user's personal information, provided that the processing purposes listed in Article 1.1 of this Policy have been achieved, cannot be achieved, or are no longer necessary to achieve the processing purposes;

    c) To obtain a backup of the user's personal information from Kingfa in a standardized, commonly used and machine-readable way, and to require Kingfa to provide the relevant personal information to other recipients designated by the user if technically feasible.

    If you wish to exercise your rights under this section, you may contact us in the manner set out in Section 7. In some cases (such as if we are unable to verify your identity, or if your request exceeds your rights under the laws and regulations), your request will be rejected.

    7. Notices and amendments

    a) In order to provide you with better service and with the development of the application business, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly. However, without your express consent, we will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy. We will issue updated versions on the website of the App and the mobile terminal of the App and remind you of relevant content updates through the website announcement or other appropriate means before it takes effect. You can contact customer service, Privacy Data Protection Department will do its best to respond to your questions and complaints, and assist you to deal with all issues related to personal information.
